Description

Churchill was a huge fan of Champagne Pol Roger, so much so that they named their best cuvée after him. The Brut Réserve is a fantastic way to get to know this classic brand and its top-notch Champagnes. It's got a lovely golden straw colour and bubbles that just keep going. When you sniff it, you're hit with a mix of fresh white flowers, crisp green apple, toasty brioche, and a hint of earthy minerality. The taste is just as complex, with stone fruit flavours mingling with hints of honey and nuts, all rounded out by a zesty acidity that makes your mouth water.
